Guernsey born Josh Sebire has been travelling the world since a young age and has now returned home and opened Black Sabre Fine Wine Merchants at № 9 The Bridge.

Josh has been working at sea as a Captain of a super-yacht for the last decade travelling all over the world. While working on these yachts Josh has been responsible for the procurement and purchasing of wine, including some of the worlds most exclusive labels and vintages. It was during this time that his love of wine changed from an interest and hobby into a passion and new career path. He has been studying his WSET qualifications in wine over the last five years and is currently studying for a WSET level 4 diploma in wine.

Josh has also been lucky enough to visit many vineyards and wineries in Europe and the USA and looks forward to visiting many more around the world in the future. His favourite wine is Tiganello.
